The process of submitting entries via the internet for the TNZ Black Championships 2011 consist 3 forms.
• Poomsae Entry - The Player (each competitor) is to submit their own entry form.
• Kyorugi (Sparring) Entry - The Player (each competitor) is to submit their own entry form.
• Team Entry - Each Instructor/Coach is to submit a list of players, coaches and officials for his/her club.
When a Player submits an entry, they will receive an email with an e-invoice from PayPal requesting payment to be made. The Player is only provisionally registered for the tournament until the PayPal payment is made. Player names will not be added to the draw as long as payment is outstanding.
This means each player is responsible for paying- not the Coaches or Instructors. Where a Player has put in the Coaches/Instructors email, the Tournament Director will email the Coach/Instructor as way of notification of the entry being submitted.
